Emily Nicholls is the Chief Operating Officer at Nexus Digital Technology. Emily is a highly experienced NHS commissioner who has led on the delivery of high-profile initiatives across London. Emily’s last role in the NHS, was to lead the development of physical and mental health support services for the remediation of the survivors and the bereaved following the Grenfell Fire incident.

Emily has extensive experience in working at a grassroots level to establish and fund wellbeing and social prescribing programmes of work across London. She has first-hand experience of seeing the outcomes of offering a non-medicalised model of self-care and its impact on individuals and building community resilience.
