Cathy Cribben – Pearse is an experienced Director of Nursing Quality, Patient Safety and Accreditation, an executive and professional coach specializing in supporting executives, professionals and teams to navigate objectives in driving high standards of patient care.

Cathy has a career spanning over 25 years, working as a healthcare leader in the NHS London. Cathy worked in the Mater Private Hospital , establishing the first private JCI accredited Colposcopy Clinic in Ireland. Most recently she has worked a s a director of nursing quality, patient safety and accreditation with the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, one of the largest health care start- ups in the world, demonstrating her deep interest in the behaviours that drive and sustain performance, particularly in relation to advocating and delivering impactful change programmes. Cathy has ongoing experience as an internal coach at Cleveland Clinic Hospital, which employs over 5000 caregivers. As director of nursing she has led a nursing quality team who have achieved many 1st in the UAE such a s receiving the “Magnet award” for nursing practice, an outstanding accolade to nursing achievements.

Cathy, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited b y the International Coaching Federation (ICF), certified Co -Active (CTI) coach, Certified ORSC Systems (teams) coach and certified EQ coach. She holds a Degree in Nursing, a Degree in Midwifery and a Masters of Business Administration in Project Management whilst also being a crucial conversations practitioner.
